Easy 30-Day Returns!

We hope you love your Swoon London purchase. However, if you would like to return your item, we offer a 30-day return policy (Sale items 14-days). This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

UK Returns

For UK returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure your return includes your order number and send it to the address above. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and obtaining proof of postage.

Please ensure the items are unused and in the same condition as they were received, including but not limited to:

Original packaging and stuffing inside the bag

Protective stickers on the hardware


Please note:

Personalised items cannot be returned, as they have been changed from the original at the purchaser’s request.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

International Returns

Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.

Additional Notes

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Free Gifts/Bundle Items: If your purchase included a free or bundled item, it must be returned with your order. If you choose to keep it, the item’s RRP will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Please use the correct return address. If you send your return to our registered address (Denmark House), it is highly likely the package will not reach us. In the rare event it does, your refund will be delayed, and additional postage charges will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another, please contact us at hello@swoonlondon.com. We’re happy to assist you with arranging this.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@swoonlondon.com.

Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects such as stitching, zips, metalwork, or straps, provided the product has been treated with care.

General wear and tear, such as metalwork tarnishing, or damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repair, is not covered.
