Refund policy

We hope you love your Swoon London purchase, but if you would like to return your purchase we have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This return policy is only valid for return goods within the UK and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in a saleable condition within its original packaging. One free exchange or return per order, if further changes are required, postage will be charged.

For USA returns, we offer a chargeable UPS tracked returns service which represents a large saving on UPS standard rates.

For all other international returns, shipping to be paid and arranged by the buyer.

We recommend either sending the goods back via signed for delivery or obtaining a certificate of purchase.

To qualify for this, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your product. This policy is only valid for return goods within the UK and the item(s) must be in unused and in the same condition in which they were received, including but not limited to:-

  • Original packaging & stuffing inside bag
  • Leather Swoon Tag attached

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Personalised items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items as these have been changed from the original at the purchaser's request.

Free Gifts/Bundle Items

If you received a Free/Bundle product or Free gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.

If you choose to keep the Free/Bundle product or Free gift, the RRP of the item will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@swoonlondon.com.

Warranty

Swoon London offers a one year warranty for all products from the date of purchase.

If a product fails in the warranty period including stitching, zips, metalwork, or straps, you can return it for repair or replacement as long as it has been treated with care.

Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repair won't be covered. Additionally, general wear and tear, such as tarnishing of metalwork, is not included in our warranty.
