Swoon London offers a one year warranty for all products from the date of purchase.

If a product fails in the warranty period including stitching, zips, metalwork, or straps, you can return it for repair or replacement as long as it has been treated with care.

Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repair won't be covered. Additionally, general wear and tear, such as tarnishing of metalwork, is not included in our warranty.

We’ve recently extended the length of our matching leather straps based on customer feedback, but we understand that one size doesn’t fit all. If you feel the matching strap might be too long for you, simply send us an email at hello@swoonlondon.com when you place your order, and we’ll happily add extra holes to shorten the strap before dispatching it.
