Swoon London offers a one year warranty for all products from the date of purchase.
If a product fails in the warranty period including stitching, zips, metalwork, or straps, you can return it for repair or replacement as long as it has been treated with care.
Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repair won't be covered. Additionally, general wear and tear, such as tarnishing of metalwork, is not included in our warranty.

Please follow this simple care guide to prolong the life of your product.
Leather in a natural material, each hide is unique which means differences may occur, unlike manmade materials.
Gently un-peel the protective hardware stickers.
For small marks, use a slightly damp soft cloth to help remove dirt. Do not soak or submerge the bag.
