Swoon London offers a one year warranty for all products from the date of purchase.
If a product fails in the warranty period including stitching, zips, metalwork, or straps, you can return it for repair or replacement as long as it has been treated with care.
Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repair won't be covered. Additionally, general wear and tear, such as tarnishing of metalwork, is not included in our warranty.

Leather in a natural material, each hide is unique which means differences may occur, unlike manmade materials.
Gently un-peel the protective hardware stickers.
For small marks, use a slightly damp soft cloth to help remove dirt. Do not soak or submerge the bag.
When caring for your product, do not use chemical products, as this could damage the bag, and also the hardware. The hardware may tarnish over time.
Please store your product in the Swoon London dust bag. Regularly remove buildup of grease from the hardware.
Keep away from fire, direct sunlight, damp areas and direct heat.
